During times of anxiety and uncertainty, there is palpable power in the practice of chanting.

In this video, Christine Luna Munger offers a short chant drawn from the words of 14th century Christian mystic Julian of Norwich. Though Julian lived through plague and upheaval, she is remembered for her words that “all things shall be well.” We invite you to chant along with Christine, or to participate simply by listening.
