Breath is a portable, accessible tool for any spiritual practice.

In this video, Christine Luna Munger teaches a simple breath practice intended to encourage contemplative dialogue. This practice can be used in its shortest form to support peace and groundedness in the middle of a busy day; in longer form, it can support deeper, more extended contemplative encounters.

Christine Luna Munger is the director of the Episcopal House of Prayer.

Mission & Vision

Our Mission is to assist in the ongoing work of discerning God's voice, both within ourselves and in the world; provide guidance in the search for wisdom; teach all forms of contemplative prayer; offer training in the inner work of the spiritual life.

The Vision of the Episcopal House of Prayer is to be a contemplative ministry of spiritual transformation, grounded in the Christian tradition, in the practice of Benedictine hospitality, reaching out and welcoming all.
